You'll receive a confirmation email within 1-2 business days once you're successfully registered. Within 3 business days, you'll also receive your ₱150 eGift on your registered email address!
You will receive an email from Giftaway via your Manulife-registered email address. This will include a link to your eGift code.
Once you click on the link, you will be redirected to the eGift webpage with your eGift code, instructions, and a list of merchants.

1. The 2022 Manulife Online Registration Promo ("Promo") is open to individual Policyholders with at least one (1) inforce policy issued by The Manufacturers Life Insurance Co. (Phils.), Inc. or Manulife China Bank Life Assurance Corporation (“Manulife”) ("Manulife Customers") on or before February 28, 2022.
2. The Promo will run from June 10 to September 3, 2022 ("Promo Period"). Manulife, at its sole discretion, shall have the right to shorten or lengthen the Promo Period.
3. The Promo redemption period will be from June 10, 2022 to September 3, 2023 (“Redemption Period”), subject to change as Manulife may determine.
4. The Manulife Customer shall be disqualified from the Promo in the event that their policy is found to be invalid or lapsed, or if the policy is suspended, cancelled, or terminated within the Promo Period or the Redemption Period. Manulife Customers who are found by Manulife to be using different names, providing false information, engaging in fraud, unauthorized activity or abuse of the Promo Terms and Conditions, or are ineligible to join the Promo for whatever reason, shall likewise be disqualified.
5. To qualify for the Promo, the Manulife Customer should have at least one (1) Manulife policy that is kept current in terms of premium payment and with no lapses. Thus, if all the Manulife Customer’s policies lapsed, they will no longer be entitled to join the Promo. The Manulife Customer should also not be registered to Manulife Online as of June 9, 2022 to be eligible for the Promo.
6. Manulife shall have the sole discretion in determining who is eligible to avail of the Promo in case of any dispute.

7. The Promo entitles Manulife Customers who do not have Manulife Online accounts as of June 9, 2022 to earn a Php150 eGift voucher and a raffle entry for a chance to be one of fifteen (15) winners of the following prizes when they register and log in to Manulife Online for the first time during the Promo Period:

To qualify, Manulife Customers with updated contact information (mobile number and email address) on record must:
Go to https://online.manulife.com.ph/ and sign up using their Manulife-registered email address, mobile number, and date of birth.
Once successfully registered, Manulife Customers must log-on to their Manulife Online account for the first time.
Manulife Customers who have qualified for the Promo will receive their Php150 eGift voucher and electronic raffle entry via their registered email address within three (3) business days from their first successful log-in to Manulife Online.
If the Manulife Customers do not have updated contact information on record, they must first update their contact information via the Contact Update Webform to register to Manulife Online and qualify for the Promo. Within 1-2 business days from submission of the webform, the customer will receive a confirmation message from Manulife via email informing them that they have successfully updated their contact information. Once they have received this, they can proceed with their Manulife Online registration.
*Note: The link to the Contact Update Webform will be sent to them through their Manulife-registered email address or mobile number.
*Agreement to the terms and conditions found in the Contact Info Webform grants Manulife Philippines and Manulife China Bank permission to update a customer’s records based on the information collected from the forms.

10. Claiming of prizes
The thirteen (13) raffle winners of Php1,500 will receive their prizes from Giftaway via their Manulife-registered email address and/or mobile number within three (3) business days from the Draw Date.
Prizes above Php10,000 will be subject to a 20% prize tax, to be shouldered by Manulife Philippines.
Major and grand prize winners of Php15,000 and Php115,000, respectively, will be contacted by a Manulife representative within one (1) business day from the Draw Date. These winners will be required to submit their registered TIN numbers within seven (7) business days upon contact for the processing of the prize tax. Prizes will be forfeited in favor of Manulife if winners fail to comply to this deadline.
To redeem, winners may use their eGift vouchers at any participating merchant of Giftaway (https://manulife.giftaway.ph/universal).
By participating in the Promo, the winners agree to hold Manulife free and harmless from any loss, injury or damage caused by or arising from the Promo or caused by or that may arise from their acceptance, use of, and/or failure to use the prize.

11. Aside from earning a raffle entry, Manulife Customers who do not have a Manulife Online account as of June 9, 2022 are eligible to get a Php150 eGift voucher once they register and log-on to Manulife Online for the first time during the Promo Period. They will receive Php150 eGift vouchers from Giftaway via their registered email address and/or mobile number within three (3) business days from their first successful log-in to Manulife Online.

12. The eGift vouchers will be valid until September 3, 2023. After the Redemption Period, all unclaimed eGift vouchers will be forfeited in favor of Manulife.
13. The eGift vouchers can be used in any of the Giftaway merchant partners. To redeem, winners must present their eGift code to any of the participating Giftaway merchants that honor the corresponding eGift denomination (https://manulife.giftaway.ph/universal/).
14. eGift prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to any other form of compensation.
15. All redemptions are final. Customers will be responsible for safekeeping their eGift vouchers. Manulife, Giftaway, and the participating outlets shall not be obliged to refund or replace the eGift vouchers once redeemed, lost, used or for whatever reason.
16. For any problems or concerns regarding the eGift vouchers, customers shall address the same to Giftaway by contacting Giftaway at support@giftaway.ph and not to Manulife.
17. Manulife Customers may only avail of the Promo once during the Promo Period.
18. Employees, contractors, agents, and representatives of the Manulife Financial Group of Companies, its affiliates and agencies, and their relatives within the third degree of consanguinity or affinity, are not eligible to win in the Tap, Reg, Win promo raffle.
19. By joining this Promo, the Manulife Customer understands and agrees that Manulife, including its employees or representatives, any member of the Manulife Financial Group of Companies, and its third party service providers (whether within or outside the Philippines) can process, share, disclose, transfer or use their personal and sensitive information to communicate with, service and get feedback from customers on the Company's products and services; conduct data analytics, profiling and automated data processing; comply with any reportorial and regulatory requirements, legal and contractual obligations of Manulife as a member company of the Manulife Financial Group to both local and foreign regulatory and tax authorities, supervisory or enforcement agencies, courts or quasi-judicial bodies; and for other reasonable purposes related to the services provided or improvement/upgrade in systems and business processes.

Once you have successfully updated your information, you may proceed with the same registration and log-in steps above.
8. How do I know if I’ve successfully updated my contact information?
You will receive a confirmation email and SMS from Manulife within 1-2 business days once your contact information has successfully been updated on our records. Once you receive this notification, you may proceed with your Manulife Online registration.
9. I tried registering to Manulife Online, but I keep getting an error message that my personal details do not match your records. What do I do now?
Please double check for any typos or errors in the submitted form and ensure you are entering your Manulife-registered contact information. Your personal details should match what we have in our records.
However, if you think you are getting an error because your contact information is not updated in our records, update your contact information first by completing the Contact Update Webform, which was sent to you through your Manulife-registered mobile number or email address. Once you have successfully updated your information, you may proceed with the registration again.

10. I tried registering to Manulife Online, but I got an error message saying that my registration is unsuccessful and that Manulife is unable to proceed with my registration. What could be the problem?
If you’re sharing the same email address with a family member, it is possible that they have already registered to Manulife Online using the same email you are trying to register with. To proceed with your Manulife Online registration, you must update your contact information with a new email address first. To do this, you may call Customer Care at +632 8884 7000 or email phcustomercare@manulife.com to request a contact information update. Within one (1) business day after your contact information has been processed, you may proceed with the Manulife Online registration.
11. I cannot log in to my account. What could be the problem?
Check if you are keying in the correct email address and password. If you are sure about the information you entered, but are still unable to log in, you may click on “Reset Password” link to reset your password.
12. I forgot my password. How do I log back in?
To reset your password, you need to:
Go to the login page and tap on “Reset Password”.
Enter the email address registered to Manulife Online, then tap on “Continue”. When keying in your email address, make sure that there are no extra spaces before or after the email address.
Choose if you prefer to send your OTP to your email or mobile, then tap on “Send OTP”.
Enter the OTP you will receive, then tap on “Proceed”.
13. What are the rules for creating my password?
To maximize your account’s security, you will need to nominate a password with the following requirements:
Must be eight (8) characters or more,
Must have at least one (1) uppercase letter and one (1) lowercase letter,

Must have at least one (1) special character.

Reuse your previous password,

16. I earned a raffle entry from this Promo. How will I know if I’ve won?

Please note that your policy/ies must remain inforce throughout the Promo Period and Redemption Period for you to be entitled to the prize. Terminating your Manulife Philippines or Manulife China Bank policy during the raffle drawing period will automatically disqualify you from the Promo.
17. I received a notification that I won the raffle! Can I convert my prize to cash instead?
No, eGift prizes are non-convertible to any other form of compensation.
