Extended premium payment period

Policies with due dates from September 15 to December 31, 2020 are granted a 60-day premium payment extension under the Bayanihan to Recover as One Act (RA 11494). This applies to insurance policies of Manulife Philippines, Manulife-China Bank Life and Manulife Financial Plans. We encourage you to continue paying your premiums, if you can, to keep your premiums from accumulating. You can refer to the tables below. 

Policies that have a 30-day contractual grace period will be extended to 60 days.

Policies such as Manulife Affluence Builder Plus and Manulife-China Bank Life Invest already have a 60-day contractual grace period. As such, these are granted a 90-day premium payment extension.

Please be reminded that our branches will only accept debit, credit card or check payments. Cash payments may be remitted through our bank partners and accredited payments centers. Payments may also be made via Manulife Online.

 

Digital payment options

There's no need to go to our branches or to your banks to make payments. You can pay your premiums through Manulife Online at online.manulife.com.ph. You may also use the following cashless transactions: GCash, Paymaya, and with our Online Banking Partners.

  1. Log in to you Manulife Online account at online.manulife.com.ph
  2. If you are not registered, click REGISTER and input your email address, mobile number, and birth date. Verify in your email and input your password. Log in afterwards. 
  3. Once logged in, click the policy you wish to pay, and then click on PAY NOW.

This is for the credit card or debit card payments (Visa or Mastercard) which are not enrolled in autocharge, and have not provided Post Dated Checks

Log in to Manulife Online

  1. Log in to GCash
  2. Go to PAY BILLS
  3. Go to INSURANCE
  4. From the list, find and select MANULIFE PHILIPPINES
  5. Input necessary details. The account number is your POLICY NUMBER

Although optional, we highly recommend to input your email address for GCash to send a confirmation receipt through your email as well. 

Please note that payments are posted up to three (3) days after the transaction date (subject to their own cut-off time).

  1. Log in to PayMaya
  2. Go to PAY BILLS
  3. Find and select MANULIFE
  4. Input necessary details. The account number is your POLICY NUMBER

For your convenience, you may pay your premiums using the bills payment facility of our payment partners: China Bank, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UBP, and Bancnet.
 
Simply follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your bank's internet banking portal/mobile banking app
  2. Go to the BILLS PAYMENT section
  3. Enroll/select Manulife Philippines/The Manufacturer's Life as Biller
  4. Input your Policy No. in the Reference/Subscriber No. field
  5. Input your premium amount
  6. Complete the transaction process

Please note that payments made through any of these payment partners is posted to your policy one banking day after the transaction date.
