If you agreed to receive updates from Manulife Philippines, and you have a Viber account, then you will automatically receive messages from Manulife Philippines on Viber.
How do I stop receiving messages from Manulife Philippines?
If you’d like to stop receiving messages from Manulife Philippines on Viber, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the Info icon at the top of the message screen.
- This will take you to the profile screen. Scroll down to see the Receive Messages button.
- Slide the button to OFF position beside Receive Messages

Open the Manulife Philippines channel and tap on the Subscribe button at the top of the message screen.
Or you can tap the Info icon at the top of the message screen. Slide the button to ON position beside Receive Messages.
I’ve unsubscribed and deleted Manulife Philippines from my inbox, but I would like to start receiving messages again. How do I subscribe again?
- Tap More, then Settings to access the Settings screen.
- Tap on Privacy, this will take you to the Privacy Screen.
- Tap Block List to see a list of contacts you have blocked in Viber.
- Find Manulife Philippines in the list and tap Unblock.
