Which delivery services are included in the special coverage?
Grab and Lalamove riders have coverage running from April 20 to July 20, 2020.
Meanwhile, the following companies will also enjoy the same coverage from May 13 until August 10, 2020:

- Gogo Xpress
- Shopee Xpress
- Ninja Van
What coverage can the delivery riders get from Manulife?
Active delivery riders are eligible for a FREE insurance coverage worth P50,000 each.
Who are eligible for the FREE Insurance (Personal Accident) coverage?
Two-wheel riders that have at least one ride since February 15, 2020 can avail of the FREE insurance coverage. Riders can reach out to their respective company to check if they are included.
What are the details of my coverage?
Eligible riders will enjoy Php 50,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage:
Accidental Death:
Manulife Philippines will pay to the Beneficiary the Principal Sum, less any amount paid or payable under Part B of this provision, if the Member dies as a result of an Injury within one hundred eighty (180) days after the date of the accident.
Accidental Dismemberment of Loss of Use:
Manulife Philippines will pay the percentage of Principal Sum according to the Table of Benefits if the Member, as a result of an Injury, incurs any of the losses listed in the Table of Benefits within one hundred eighty (180) days after the date of the accident.

How can my beneficiaries claim my FREE Insurance (Personal Accident) coverage?
In case of an unfortunate event happening, you or your beneficiaries may claim your personal accident coverage through your respective companies.

Why are drivers from other delivery services (Angkas, Joyride, etc.) not covered?
We salute these heroes as well. As of May 13, though, the FREE coverage for 2-wheel riders is only available to Grab, Lalamove, Foodpanda, Gogo Xpress, Shopee Xpress and Ninja Van only.
